GPS Tracking & TimeTiles™
Chronotek Pro requires employees to enable location services on their phone when clocking in using our GPS feature. In addition to this, we notify your supervisors if employees leave the jobsite while still clocked in.
We also offer our exclusive technology, TimeTiles™, which can be installed directly at the jobsite and does not require GPS, and will ensure your employees are exactly where they need to be when clocking in. Read more about TimeTiles™ below.
Schedules
Chronotek allows you to create flexible "anytime" schedules, allowing employees to clock in anytime within the day. The exact in/out times are flexible, but you can enter durations for profit forecasting.
Travel & Mileage
Chronotek Pro's travel time setting is integrated with Google Maps to automatically create a travel timecard when your employee clocks out of one job and into the next. It reports the actual time it took for the employee to travel between locations, and also shows what Google has estimated the time should be. Set the default to automatically approve the Google estimate and only be notified if this threshold is exceeded. Your business stays compliant, and employees don't have to do a thing.
